If you write to hello@aihelpingservice.su, we keep the thread only as long as the conversation is active, then delete it unless a contract requires an archive.

Client work

Project data stays in the environment you provide, or in a private workspace we name in the statement of work. We do not use client material to train shared models.

Logs

The web server may retain standard access logs (IP, user agent, path) for a short operational window, then discard them.
